A great wedding day runs on a timeline nobody at the party notices. Here's a proven template — adjust to your start time.
Morning - **9:00** Hair & makeup begins (allow 45 min per person). - **12:00** Photographer arrives for getting-ready shots. - **1:30** Partners dressed; detail and first-look photos.
Ceremony - **3:00** Guests arrive; pre-ceremony music. - **3:30** Ceremony begins (keep it to ~25 minutes). - **4:00** Cocktail hour; wedding-party photos.
Reception - **5:30** Guests seated; grand entrance. - **5:45** Welcome toast; dinner served. - **7:00** Speeches (cap each at 3 minutes). - **7:45** First dance; floor opens. - **10:30** Last dance and send-off.
